Totally unprofessional place. Clinic not clean. Super busy so take it or leave it attitude. I brought in my digital request for blood work and urine. After waiting in line for hour and a half, they only did the urine test. They simply overlooked my blood work order. I was told I had to wait in line again… may be another hour and a half. They don’t open on Saturdays.
I wish there was an option to give -ve star rating, one it the worst urgentcare i have been too. No appointment, staff is highly unprofessional, busy talking over the phone but dealing with patients. I have wasted 3 days sitting 3-4 hrs a day in the facility to get my job relted vaccination done. Worst facility, worst staff working there.
This urgent care is by far the worst I’ve experienced. They have no appointment system — it’s strictly first come, first served — and the wait is ridiculous. I was told it would be 2 hours to be seen, but it’s now been over 4 hours. The staff spend more time chatting with each other than helping patients.
Even with an appointment someone can walk in and still be serviced before you. They don’t go by appointments. You’ll get help when it’s convenient. Unless you have the day off don’t come here.
