Front desk staff members need to go through customer service training. And not pick & choose who they want to talk respectfully to. Staff needs more traning.
Possibly the worst healthcare experience of my life. I waited 5 hours for one single immunization for a work clearance. I was first relocated To another location as they didn’t have the immunization I needed. They sent me to another location where I waited 4 hours to be taken back for a shot that took 2 seconds. I don’t blame the staff but the entire company should reconsider the burden they are placing on those staff members.
