Completed 12 sessions of physical therapy for a work related injury to my lower back including 2 dry needle treatments. The therapist, Tulsi Parmar was awesome. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and encouraging through the whole healing process.

I spent over four hours to do my physical and drug exams. Finally, found there was a mistake on my Medical Examination Cert. After calling and returning to have it corrected, no one assisted me. I returned the cert and I stood at the reception desk for several minutes while the receptionist was on the phone. When she finally responded, she said she had no idea about my question and simply handed back my paperwork, which had been left unattended on the counter. I gave one star only for nurse and physician.
Norma at the front desk is extremely rude, she needs to go!
