6 hours I spent here. I’m not even exaggerating. 6 HOURS. Look, I was very understanding and very patient, especially with how long it took. I didn’t have any complaints because I understand that they are understaffed and these things take time. But towards the end of my physical exam the doctor told me she’d be right back and left me in the exam room for over an hour. Then they finally let me go, no further evaluations whatsoever. I was sent there to get a blood test in preparation for an internship. The staff were accommodating. It took some time for my turn to come since so many people were waiting, but once I did get my turn, the nurse who took my test was very inviting, charismatic, and diligent. They even gave me tips on what I should do the next time I get a test like this one.

I’m trying to return a provider review after attention at Concentra Franklin Park IL. I don’t think this is the correct place to do THAT review, BUT it is Sat. am the nurse (Javeria) & the doctor (A. A.) (I believe) were BOTH attentive & pleasant. Concentra works with workplace injuries, so unless your employer sends you, you WILL NOT use their services.

Our company reached out Concentra New Haven to schedule appointments for our employees to have chest Xrays done. Additionally, we coordinated onsite services for the employees to have lead blood tests done as well as respirator physicals. The service from this branch of Concentra was excellent. The center operations director Sasha was wonderful with communication and helping us to set up the appointments and services we needed. I went to Concentra with an injury to my finger and the staff was excellent the doctor was great the nurse lee was awesome the girl who did my x ray was great I would recommend them any time

I would give 0 stars. Everyone who works there is absolutely terrible. They DO NOT care WHATSOEVER about their patients. I can’t even begin to talk about how much time they wasted of mine. More than half of the time is spent IN THE WAITING ROOM. Then they bring you back to the exam room. THEY LEFT ME IN THERE FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR. They have also forgotten me 2+ times. THEY ARE THE WORST PLACE TO GO. NEVER COME HERE. Trust me when I say you are better off going to THE HOSPITAL.

I failed my D.O.T. physical because the doctor enforced a standard that DOESN'T EXIST. FMCSA has no minimum grip strength metric, doctor claimed a CDL holder must have a minimum grip strength of 55 pounds, that is solely his opinion. That number is nowhere to be found in FMCSA literature. Typical grip strength of a woman is 45 pounds... So he would flunk a majority of female drivers. Worst place for a DOT doctor physician doesn’t keep an example with their own health should be ban for practice.
