Absolute dump. Service is disgusting with incompetents!
DO NOT USE! We lost an applicant due to ill advice from a Concentra lab technician which caused a long delay in pre employment screening only to find the applicant was misinformed at the lab. This is an absolute failure of the due diligence process. The applicant didn’t return to resubmit a new sample. We lost our applicant. We then submitted a new applicant for pre employment screening which was supposed to be Rapid Results testing (again) only to find that these results were also sent out for further testing. This place in Irving is the worst place to go get a drug test...it's over a 3 hour wait... It took almost 3 hours just to have some lady come check hearing my lungs ..and now wait another 3 hours ... To get physical exam... Never again... Tellin. The entire world do not come here
I have not dealt with this company on a medical basis, but we were in the same office building with one of their locations. The office manager kept parking in a handicap spot, even though she was not handicapped. I have a handicap placard , and when I reported her to security, she left me a very scary, threatening note left by my car. The note was taunting me, calling me, names, innuendos, and insults and telling me she would do what she wanted, how she wanted and when she wanted, I have since reported her to the company who... read more
