On Monday last week my wrist was tingling and hand was numb. I mentioned this to the doctor. The following day I came in I had intense pain in my shoulder. The following day I felt better and worked through the day but the day after my pain returned. The doctor seems very non concerned. She proceeded to push my follow up to 2 weeks out. After having had an unpleasant experience a few years ago with concentra, I was very happy with my recent visit here. Communication was great and the staff went above and beyond to get me seen that day for my work injury, even though it was at the end of the day for them. Everyone was so kind and I really felt taken care of. Thank you
