If I could give these guys 0 stars, I would. I have requested an updated statement for my daughters RESP for the past 4 weeks and I still do not have it. Every time I call, I get a different story, different information. Apparently it takes 2 weeks to update an address? Servus seems to think Concentra creates and manages the statements but Concentra says its Servus. They do not know what they are doing and the customer service is terrible.
