***UPDATING MY REVIEW*** To my surprise this morning, I received a surprise notification that this clinic will now be charging me $316.34 for my HSO exam although I was told last week that my insurance would cover it completely! A lot of these reviews come after the process is over and there's a success story I decided to do a more honest review. Getting an appointment wax easy since I was referred 01/23...Getting any information outside of that was EXTREMELY hard. The issues with the lack of answering definitely was a real issue they fixes it somewhat in 04/23. There's a big difference between the Dallas and Frisco office when it comes to the staff. I have never felt more heard by medical staff in my entire life, than I have here! They are very quick, informative, and also empathetic to the very real struggles of infertility. Joy White NP is who I have seen the most of and she has been so, so good to me! I finally feel hopeful in this journey after years and years of being ignored and gaslit by doctors. I love this place and recommend it for anyone having trouble conceiving!
Doctor Julian Escobar and his team were wonderful. He’s truly the baby maker. Successfully completed the first embryo transfer and I’m 18 weeks pregnant. My husband and I will forever be grateful to him and his team.
