This gym is obnoxiously loud. Too much lunking AT THE LOCATION ON MYRON STREET. Don't even need to be a member to hear it all.
Started back on my fitness routine with the Masters Program, led by Madison. Wow, she's awesome!!! Motivating, instructive and packed with energy! Just what I needed to get me going. And keep me going. So much encouragement from Madison, but also gentle guidance from Steve and Michelle to incorporate better nutrition. Steve has created a fun and positive community at CFS. Besides the great workouts, he continues to teach us about nutrition.
Steve helped me maintain optimism and develop self-confidence and increased strength while recovering from surgery. He’s the best!
Place is great people are nice. Been forever since I entered a gym and they are awesome. Very welcoming.
