I absolutely love the stoned yoga with Lature. A great location, vibe, and the instructors are professionals with amazing stories to share. I can't wait to return for my next session. Highly recommended for the busy commuter who needs a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the working world. A little slice of tranquility and a terrific 420 fusion by the guests.
Amazing gym with a mission- employing formerly incarcerated folks and the first legal weed shop in LES next door. I have been to two classes here one with Coss Marte himself and another with Derek. The classes are challenging yet dynamic and suited for a variety of skill levels. Excellent instructors and staff.
Coss is a highly motivational instructor. Convenient location. Very nice attendees, no body shaming or awkwardness like at other gyms.
This is a place with a unique purpose. The founder is someone who grew up in Lower East Side, New York City. If you ever bump into him, he can tell you hours of stories about how the streets around here were like. Get to know him better, you can even hear local stories that happened that weren’t on the news. ConBody is no joke, not only are they serious about their workout routines, but also their mission.
