I had a concrete driveway put in and was supposed to have drains installed. Drain was not installed as quoted. Work was sub contracted out and the contractor did not do the work quoted. Tried to contact Ben Conaway several months ago and he refuses to correct a water issue due to no drain installed and poor quality of work, There is zero customer service, Work does not meet state standards and he has refused to make it correct. I would not suggest this company due to several other unsatisfied customers in the area.
