Very disappointed with the quality of this new build. Cracks are visible throughout the concrete, including the driveway, garage and back patio which is concerning for a brand-new home. The drainage between homes is also terrible, with water pooling and yards staying soggy after even moderate rain. These are basic construction issues that should have been addressed before homes were sold. I expected much better quality and workmanship from a new construction community.

I would not recommend Conoway Homes based on my experience. The quality of workmanship has been extremely disappointing. There are visible sheetrock lines and cracks throughout the home, which should never be acceptable. Additionally, we’ve had ongoing issues with leaking vents, which has caused unnecessary stress and concern about long-term damage. First part of April 2025 My daughter and husband put a deposit on a home that is not ready to move in to until May 9th 2025. The same day the deposit was made, my son in law lost his job and the few next days my daughter went into hospital being diagnosed with lupus. This is a hardship request for money back and they were told they can't get money back. What kind of place does this to a person in need?
