This place is rude when you call they claim they work for the city of Fort Worth yet the city has no record when calling them asking why your water was turned off. Then they try to say it's you and your water lines froze. When talking to a Ms. Vickie she was very rude and condescending and hung up on me. Way to be professional!
Not honorable when the mistake this company was hired to do by the City of Fort Worth to redo the streets in my neighborhood they just want to place the blame back and forth with each other all the while i was the one screwed over by their mistake. I am the one who got my property damaged and neither one will stand up and and make right on this problem. 1 star because there is not a ZERO
