Contacted this company at 10:30 in the morning about a washing machine in need of repair. Offered to send him the model and serial number and he declined the information. He took both mine and my husbands phone number and assured me he would be there the same day in the "afternoon". He also said he would call before coming. By 4:00pm we had still not heard from him.
