I contacted the law firm of Genser,Dubow & Cona shortly after my son, Stephen Scheel was in a horrible car accident that left him brain damaged in 1999. I confirmed with David Genser that the charges to open up a trust fund for my brother’s IRA money would be no more than $2,500. At the time of his accident, his IRA balance was over $140,000.
