I cannot believe this company remains in business. They are unprofessional and have failed to deliver my flooring delivery on my scheduled delivery date and times, 2 times now. Save your clients the headaches and use a professional distribution center that will deliver!
Absolutely unprofessional. The ladies on the phone are nice but the drivers didn't show up for a scheduled pickup and then showed up out of nowhere on 2 separate occasions with no call or anything. Then showed up outside the availability window on the last attempt. Do not use this company they are terrible.
XPO does not communicate or deliver as they promise to the delivery location. 100% failure rate with XPO in 11 years of business. Recently, they no called - no showed for 2 scheduled appointments, then told me they were handing the freight to another carrier because they no longer deliver to my location. Now I'm told they got behind and are having another carrier help them. I have called XPO Renton 4 times in the last week and I get a different story and information with each person I speak with. Timothy Cross is very rude over the phone and even worse in person. Doesn't even make eye contact when he's making fun of you. The lady in the office was extremely nice though.....theres that. I basically learned that if you use this company, it better be perfect concrete or they won't even drive out to your house, so you have to go to them (a shipping company) to pick up your delivery.
