Repeat customer. We call in our order, and can often pick it up 3 hours later. Today it only took about an hour to get a bundle of rebar cut to length. Jim has been very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful on several occasions. The fellow that runs the fork lift (and the crew out back) never cease to amaze me at how quick and efficient they are at loading any order into / on to our trucks.
