I really dislike the staff here. They don’t care about you, they scream at customers, and they’re extremely rude. I’ve witnessed them mocking people who are struggling to pay their bills, laughing at serious situations like it’s a joke. People go through real hardships, and it’s heartless to treat them like that. I honestly give every staff member here a zero. They’re loud, ignorant, and unprofessional. I've been charged for 2 different addresses & I've told them to please check my account that is not right, over 400 dlls a month of Coned??
