My experience as a driver on delivery of a rifer. Very friendly staff, everything is intuitive, the instructions are not complicated, you will be sent a map in a message. Quickly stood up for unloading.
Sat here with 10 totes of chemical in my truck for 3hrs and yet still no dock. No respect for the drivers time at all. Ridiculous
Office workers have a serious attitude and pedantry problem. At least the loading was fast but they kicked me off the property before I could get my two hour split break in. Security guard came to enforce the arbitrary half hour rule after loading and acted like I was about to have the cops called on me if I didn't leave IMMEDIATELY (I was actively putting information into my GPS sitting in the driver's seat).
