U-haul and Con-Ac Self storage are not the same entity. U-haul is contracted out. U-haul I would give 3 stars to, but Roger was such a HUGE help In coming to help straiten out U-hauls mess with our reservation of a truck. We certainly appreciate him coming to help us out on his day off. Great guy and exceptional customer!
