They recommend police be called on a child in every situation that happens that the parent doesn't like. The so-called supervisor flat out told me that I wasn't allowed to get my child from her father's house (after everyone heard my 15 year old child say she wanted to move back home with me) because that would be called kidnapping and she needs to stay with him since he's calling the cops on her and "doing what he can", then proceeded to hang up on me.
