Shirlisa Love was not only extremely rude too me. She recommended to me that I get a genesight test to see what medications might work better for me. About a month goes by and I get a bill in the mail for 330 dollars. She DID NOT ONCE mention that this test would cost me any money. I'm struggling with money right now and this just made it worse. This place is a joke I need a real psychiatrist not no cracker jack box government outfit plus it says rehabilitation center Shirla or shirkrqa don't care I have severe panic attacks and I can't get the right help shame on her playing with somebodies mental health 2 I have to wait another month plus the one I waited she wouldn't even give me my current meds refill I would like to say worse but I'll shut my mouth thank u Jesus I'm moving to Missouri soon but hopefully this mental health crisis is nation wide
Zero would be more appropriate. I have never felt so humiliated by a provider. I'm pretty sure she had an issue with me from the start and I'm not sure why. A mental health provider should NEVER make you feel the way Shirlisa made me feel. She has no business in this field.
They are not honest with you up front and stress the importance of being on time for your appt and currently it is 20 min past my appt time and nothing from them. Also it takes a month to get an appt if you don't have the right insurance
