Dr is on vacation so I can't get my meds refilled and the office doesn't care I ran out days ago. Comtrea was so much better they had people who actually cared for the patients.
I can’t reach my son’s transportation aid . She doesn’t have her voicemail setup so I can leave a message.

Let me clarify this. Kelly Ratz is a gifted N.P. In Behavioral Health! She is the best in my book! However, the office there in Festus is another story! Since Compass Health took over Comtrea, Festus, trying to get a hold of that office has been confusing and time consuming to say the least. When I call the number listed on the Google, it ends up being a fax line! And Google list the Compass Health office as temporarily closed!!
