Very unprofessional credit union. They Don't respond to emails or calls. I am a top producing mortgage broker that had clients that specifically asked me to place their mortgage with their credit union. I contacted them several times with ZERO responses or follow ups. They don't want new clients! Do yourself a favor and use a more professional place to bank with.
Good place to bank with. I have done business with them twice as their rates are normally unparalleled by other financial institutions, including other credit unions. I did, however, encounter an issue the second time I invested with them, which one of the branch managers resolved. Thats shows me that they take their clients’ satisfaction seriously.
