I took my ultrabook there to fix a scratched LCD screen and ended up having more problems! The guy is not professional and assumes no responsibility for what he does. The estimate he gave me was promptly increased when I left the ultrabook there to fix. He said he looked the wrong item when doing the estimate and that was the new price: take it or leave. I fixed my computers with this company for more than three years , they are very professional , they always finnish the work one time , very honest people always give me good price , and always answer my question whenever i called them - Much Much better than best buy

I have done business with this company a few times. On the last time gave me the wrong hard drives in two cases, lied about it. When I proved them wrong they never apologized nor offered me a new hard Drive. They never offered to replace my hard drives. They are very unprofessional. In some cases there are language barriers but they guy knew what he was doing and I wonder if it is a scam to be honest.
