i live in the Washington DC area and a Great friend of mine in Ga told me about the gym - my background is military police / martial artist (40+ years) and overall fitness - so i took the trip to Ga and OMG - IT'S NOT A GYM IT;S AN EXPERIANCE that can create a life style - A(flocking)MAZING - I REALLY HOPE he opens one in the DC area - the posted picture is of my Late Martial Arts Master Alfred B Hudgins who "made me"
This gym is extremely friendly and amazing. Everybody there is very helpful and take the time out of their day to help with even the smallest piece of advice. The atmosphere is relaxing and the owner has done an amazing job with this gym!
