We hired Eric and Comstock to help build a new covered patio with a full kitchen and bathroom. The project required many decisions and Eric worked great with us in providing guidance on how to best utilize our space. Comstock did a massive add-on and renovation to my home. Eric Abraham was my point person for the project. Eric did EVERYTHING, from picking out fixtures and moldings with my wife, to working hands on with subcontrators and city officials. Eric is totally honest and transparent. In some cases he would talk us out of an expensive option for one thing or another, telling us it was something that wouldn't have added much value to our house, and we really wouldn't get as much benefit as we thought we would.
