Man, nothing but issues with this property company. For the price im paying I expect way more. The management wont respond to my emails or calls about the issue ive been having. When I do get to speak with someone they seem utterly incompetent. Once my lease is over im out of here. Save your money and time and go with another property management company
I recently moved into a Comstock-run apartment and have been happily surprised by the building’s quality and service. Not only are the facilities state of the art, the staff are very attentive and seem genuinely happy to work here. It’s the little things that go a long way and Comstock has nailed it!
One of the few developers that focuses on mixed-use development, and not just copy/pasting the same house style up and down every street. Need more folks like them planning our cities
