Installed pellet stove. Been over a month after I payed them and they won’t pick up the phone or call me back to finish the job.
Warning. Do not use this company. They “serviced” our stove and swept the chimney, only for it to stop working a month later. Come to find out now only did they not fix it correctly they also let it be a fire hazard, and failed to tell me that the stove was on borrowed time with a motor so worn out that paint rated to 1700 degrees melted. I called them and asked them to come back out (before I knew all of this) and they have not called back after leaving two voicemails and my boyfriend leaving one) additionally they will not... read more
