I see several others with the same scam from this company. Our daughter is special needs. We have private insurance as well as state. In response to my proof of insurance coverage, I received a letter back with a run around “you have to pay do a 3 way call with them and my insurance ” no…. Zero stars is not an option, what a shame. This is a POS company that preys on the consumer. My bill had been paid by the insurance company and they continue to send me bills and threaten reporting me to the credit agencies (which is against the law now) me. They should be prosecuted.

There is what insurance allows ($600-700) & then there is what they bill to cover their profits and expenses ($1100). They do not care about anything other than being paid for their profitable remittance. Take good notes on each communication (date, time, person) and do a 3 way call with your insurance. Horrible service, profiting on medical payments beyond insurance deductible. They exist to make profit on town ambulances.
