Awful. Worst service I've experienced since Comcast. If you are having issues with your service, you can expect a technician to come out for a couple hours, tell you they "changed some switches and plugs" and then leave you with the same shoddy service, if not worse. A bare minimum effort company. Thank you, next.

Was a Comspan customer for nearly 10 years, no real complaint about the service. Only had the phone and internet service phone worked great and internet was fast and dependable. Then they suddenly increase my my monthly bill by 90%. Contacted Comspan and was told I'd been getting a great deal and now they have restructured their billing... Bottom-line I was told "Live with it." Went with another company for nearly what I'd been paying Comspan prior to their rate hike.
