Received the chair and face support unit today from Comfort Solutions (Face Down Solutions) today for my 80-year-old mother after her vitrectomy. We tried every possible adjustment, but the chair was simply not an option. She’s 4’6” with prior double knee replacements and back surgeries, so—shockingly—it did not work for her body. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered four days ago and was told I would receive it in 24 hours and it still hasn't come. By the time it gets here I will not need the chair anymore. They say we will not get a refund stating that the speed of it getting to me was not their concern...will dispute the charge on my credit card statement.
They delivered the Face Down Recovery chair on Tuesday night 08-16-2022. The genius that was going to set it up threw the components all over the floor then tried to adjust the height and gave up, "I don't know how she said proudly and left. Read the book was her advice! A day and a half later I shipped it back due to the stench of body odor. I called and asked for a refund and they refused. If you want to stick your face into a YMCA laundry bin this place is for you. My advice, look elsewhere!
I can only say what a great Company to deal with! My wife needed surgery for her eye and we called Comfort Solutions. The equipment arrived the very next day. Everything was clean and in good working condition. The only challenge was where to place the chair for optimum viewing usage of the mirror. I spoke to Penney and she explained the best way to use it. Thank-you Penney for your time and patience! After we sent the equipment back I was charged $35.00 for a missing cushion.
