Apparently I am not the only one experiencing issues since the firm had been taken over. Over the course of the past 6 weeks I have made countless phone calls and have sent multiple emails, all without a response.. I am extremely displeased with the lack of professionalism in which this firm now operates.
No responses to my calls and emails…. Still waiting for my tax returns from last year…. Highly disappointed…..
Steer clear of this CPA office. They do not respond timey to emails or phone calls, if at all, and have been late on filings. They have no problem reaching out when they want your business however.
Extremely unprofessional. Sad he took over Carol Monville’s firm, she was really so great. Steven is extremely unresponsive, does not take time sensitive tasks into consideration, yet will send you your bill within a heartbeat. This firm will leave your emails without a response for weeks, regardless of requests to follow up. Will not be utilizing his services again unfortunately will be looking for a new accountant after this experience.
It's been such a disappointment to experience his takeover of Carol Monville's business. He didn't return calls for time sensitive issues until after the 7th request over the course of 2 1/2 weeks. He then made an appointment with me, didn't show up. I called his secretary and it was relayed that he asked that I come back in an hour.
