Rudeness and Slow Service – Had to call them at least three times to get an exact price on how much it will cost to fix laptop. When I visited them to pick up my laptop, I asked questions about how the charges break down/were for, they called me a "pain in the a$$" in front of other customers. Threatened to call the cops on me for "trespassing". Charged me $65 just because they had to "look" at it yet did not provide any information about their "diagnosis" and what the problem was.
