These people are awesome, I needed a charger for my computer and the they had one!! if the didnt I wpu;d have had to drive to Weatherford. So grateful for these people, you should go to them if you have any computer troubles.
Great service. The issue I had was tricky but they figured it out. Not only that they really did go above and beyond.
JANUARY 2025 They did it again! I had an email virus and had shared and infected my manager's computer too. A quick call and a trip to WF and within 2 hours my email account was repaired, and then a remote session for my manager's computer and we are back in business! I cannot say enough positive remarks to let the public know about this great company and their staff. I walked in at closing and stated to front desk staff (A beautiful young lady) the issue l was having with my laptop, and without a second word she had my laptop functioning and fully operational. She told me how to correct the problem if it were to occur in the fulture and had me on my way in less than ten minutes. Customer service, product knowledge and turn around time was extraordinary . You guys are AWESOME!
