This is my go-to computer support company. Their expertise spans servers, networking, and databases, and they do an excellent job maintaining and supporting equipment. Most importantly, they’re highly skilled at diagnosing and resolving any issues you may encounter. Chad is the go-to expert for servers—that’s his specialty. We truly appreciate the reliable support they provide.
I came in with an old micro SD card that had been damaged. I had gotten pretty much everything I needed off it but wanted to see if they could get a few more files. They spent a few days implementing various recovery methods. After all that effort, they weren't able to get any additional files, so they didn't end up charging me anything. Left satisfied that I had everything I could reasonably get from the SD card and impressed that they didn't charge me after spending significant time working on it.
