This company is inept and antiquated. Too many interactions must be done through snail mail, and when you do follow the instructions provided and send them the required form (I sent it to Canton, MA office), there is absolutely no feedback nor status you can track like all other financial institutions provide. They do not acknowledge receipt of your paperwork, let alone process it. There is no way to email anyone for help; you must call and be subjected to helpdesk hell. This company is a joke. As another reviewer indicated, Computershare takes you and your money hostage and I can't agree more. Customer service is appalling (if you can even get through); listening skills and knowledge are lacking and there is absolutely no accountability. I was told to write the company by mail with a request and never heard back after over 4 months. Computershare does not use modern technology, so expect any transaction to take about 4 times longer than if they had email accounts. Everything has to be done ... read more

I am going to guess the only 5 star reviews of this company have been written by their agents. It has taken me 5 weeks to have a stock certificate replaced, they have cashed the check for the replacement bond and the stock replacement will take another 7 to 10 business days. Pathetic customer service, pathetic performance.
