Fair and interesting. Great director and descent wage.
One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I have dealt with this one in MA as well as the one in Bristol UK. My wife passed 5 years ago and I’ve been trying to get stock options transferred to me that I am beneficiary on. The account is small and they want me to wire 200 pounds to a bank in Scotland. The wire instructions did not include a 20 digit number the bank needs. The fee is 10% of the stocks value! This BS has been going on for five years. TERRIBLE customer services, avoid Computershare at all costs if you don't want to see your assets blocked.
Absolutely the worst customer service ever. They are nothing but a trading platform and couldn’t perform something as simple as setting up an employee stock purchase account for me. They did no work on my ticket in 4 weeks. After 7 different calls, I gave up. What a waste.
