I was about to rate them higher cuz i actually managed to get someone on the phone...but they are also requiring i mail them a bunch of documents for no reason when I could just fill out a form online, email it to them, or say info over the phone. What a giant waste of time and scam company
The worst company I have ever had to deal with. I have reached the point where I will no longer invest in US-listed companies if they are managed by this company. If you live in Australia, my advice is simple: avoid any stocks administered by them unless you are prepared for an unnecessarily stressful and frustrating experience. Its a shame I cant give this company 0 stars. Pitiful customer service. Avoid at all costs. Most incompetent company I've dealt with in a long time
Trying to claim a TOD with ComputerShare has been a full‑blown circus. Their website can’t even get basic medallion stamp information right. Then, in a single phone call, I was told three separate times that “no TODs exist,” despite the mailing address clearly indicating otherwise. Then instructions to fill out forms based on whatever version of reality the representative was operating in at that moment. And the final insult?
