Excellent tech service! I had an issue with Microsoft OneDrive and Trent spent the agreed upon time to resolve and then did follow-up with Microsoft to learn why something still wasn't working properly. He then spent additional time with me to make sure the issue was resolved and working. He really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and to gain a future customer.

This was by far the best tech support I have received in years. Staff were courteous, efficient and effective in cleaning up and restoring my computer to original working order. They were responsive and fast. Will certainly return again when I purchase a new computer to have them assist in transferring data to a new machine.

Had Mr Reed and his staff do a set up on my new Dell XPS 16, tossing bloatware, et al. Dropped laptop off at 1:00, got it done and picked it up later that afternoon. Excellent service, work and reasonable price as always...My 2nd or 3rd computer work here and I highly recommend C & W Done Right, in Venice, FL area.
