This place is absolutly fantastic. I found EXACTLY the power supply I needed, after feeling defeated by Best Buy that didn't have it. The man that helped me was the sweetest and there was also the most precious dog there, which made my day. Friendly experience overall
Went in to sell/recycle an old laptop. The whole process felt very informal and I felt like I was treated as an inconvenience. The two employees were not very communicative with what they were doing. It was almost like I was a criminal looking for drug money. I don’t know what drugs I could buy with the $15 I was given, but there aren’t a ton of places around the area to buy old electronics. It felt sketchy, when it really shouldn’t have been.
Great buying experience. They help me find the computer that was just right for the tasks I have within the budget that I had. Friendly service. Friendly dog, wonderful place!
Not many honest, hands own, customer service driven businesses like this are left downtown. Where integrity bests compensation and competence outweighs any problem.
