I have used their services for several years and would highly reccommend them. They make every effort to get your computer back with 2 - 3 days and usually sooner. Sometimes I have dropped off my computer and gotten it back within the same day. it just depends on the services needed.

They have always helped me when I was in a crunch. The first time I used them they came to my house since, with 3 kids, I dont have time to do EXTRA work. They were there the same day I called them!!! Fast, excellent, personal service. Over about the last 5 years, with all the school projects and papers, I could not have done it without them. They really know about computers and what they are doing.
very bad service and even worse customer relations.there parts last about a week before your having it fixed again.
