Best Mercedes shop in NY. I had James and joe look at my car and right away they knew the problem. Told me exactly what it is and took the time to explain it. He gave me a straight forward price and his honest opinion. Both of them are very knowledgeable, probably the most knowledgeable 2 guys i ever spoke to about Mercedes. They are the best when it comes to servicing your Mercedes benz. That's their specialty and they won't touched it, if they don't know. James is straight forward and down to earth guy. I am not ashamed to recommend him to any MB owner when your car has trouble.
