I have brought my iMAC desk-top in for diagnotics and consultations twice in the last 2 years. I can't say enough good things regarding the patient, time consuming and straight-forward service we were given. I have dealt with Dave both times, and the depth of the diagnostics he performed exemplified the service Computer World provides went above and beyond what we expect now days. He explained much to us without being condescending in any way.
