tried to call on a normal business day and it is literally impossible to get a hold of anyone in any department
We called and placed an order to be picked up, then drove over 5 hours the next day to pick it up. When we got there CWI did not know anything about the order. They had us sit in a board room while they ‘figured it out.’ They then told us our order was in Brooklyn. The delivery driver who was supposed to have brought it didn’t show up or call anyone to let them know.
