Pathetic they cannot even replace iphone screens. They have to send them out. A bunch of hacks.
Terrible customer service. I was the only customer in the store and both employees failed to acknowledge me. I went there to buy a computer and the sales associate couldn't stop texting on his phone for five minutes to make a sale.
