Have been a customer of CV for years. No one, no other company in town has been able to help me choose a product, provide tech support and repairs, provided basic instruction important to a senior who did not grow up in the tech age. They are patient, explain so I can understand, and just zoom ahead with expertise to "fix" a problem I don't understand. My computer and I walk in harmony when I leave the store rather than fighting with each other. Thank you all at Computer Village!
before you go to this place google what they want to sell you. I have seen a external hard drive they where selling for 150 bucks you could had gone to best buy and got the same one for 80 they don't care about the customers. if they did they would not have shut down the shop in casper. the owners fredd and john really could care less about you they just want your money and that's it. they tell there employees that if you can get them in a new machine do it even if the old one is in good running shape. fred cant take respons... read more

The people at Computer Village were incredibly helpful and quick. They were able to retrieve all my data from my damaged computer and transfer it t my new computer within a day.
