First and for most, Kim at Computer Systems NW is absolutely amazing. CSNW manages my entire server system and overtime there has been "hick ups" and issues, however, Kim either remote access or physically comes to my rescue. I have called Kim on numerous occasions at odd hours when my server has crashed, and she has made it a priority to come to my aid. Love this business, and would not use any other business .
Got a (Sunday) call on my cell phone (which my customers do have permission to use) and when I called back, a woman denied calling me which was no big deal but suddenly "lost it" and told me to "F---- You" and hung up. Odd. Thinking " Wait a minute" and double checking that the number belonged to the business name she greeted me with, I remembered that a customer of mine had told me that they were considering using this business for networking their new business site.
