Dropped my computer off, after not hearing anything after 2 weeks called. They said they had called my phone and left messages, although I had not received either. Turned out that they had lost the tag on my computer, and was calling someone else. They can't even keep track of customer's information, how could I trust them to fix the computer? Poor, poor service!
