My partner gave me some AirPods a month ago from this store and they came damaged, they discharged in an hour, the next day we returned them to the store, since then we have gone to take them and they always have a different story, they sent them to Apple and I patiently waited, they delivered them damaged again. Brought my computer in because the side was opening up even though it was perfectly functional. Had to call for an update as no one reached out. Owner informs me that the apps are jumping on the screen as well as a no longer functional mouse pad and ask if that was a previous issue, even though she was the one who recieved it initially and knew that was a new issue. Her comment was "it was brought in damaged either way". I was not charged. Had to bring it to another store to get it fixed.
