Went in today for a specific plug. Was assured by the male associate it was the correct one. Never was told anything about the return policy. Wasn’t the right one. Went back in to return it for the correct one and was told I couldn’t return the original because it was open. She said I could not even have store credit. This place is ridiculous and yeah so I won’t be back.

I’ve stopped in a few times this summer after being tired of ordering online/leaving island for needs and repairs. Always helpful and kind at the desk.

I am so impressed with Computer Solutions. I have a MacBook and the battery started overheating and needed servicing, and my first thought was I would have to deal with this off island. I contacted Computer Solutions and they immediately got back to me with an exact quote, and then fixed my computer in 24 hours. I am so pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend! So glad to know they are such a reliable source on island for my computer/tech needs.

My partner gave me some AirPods a month ago from this store and they came damaged, they discharged in an hour, the next day we returned them to the store, since then we have gone to take them and they always have a different story, they sent them to Apple and I patiently waited, they delivered them damaged again.
