Was having issues with my gaming pc randomly shutting off while under load, only windows error i could find was "kernel power", so i figured it was an issue with my PSU. bought a brand new one and asked them to install it for me and it is now working perfectly. very nice cable management and they also dusted my pc while they were at it.

I recently had the misfortune and was thoroughly unimpressed. The technician was unresponsive and uncommunicative throughout the entire process. The issue with my computer was not resolved, and I was left with more problems than when I started. The service was slow, and the technician seemed unfamiliar with the latest software updates. Took my tablet in and the worker checked it out and then told me how to fix it, or he said he could do it but they would have to charge me if he fixed it, which made sense so I took it home and fixed it, just like he said. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
