Jesse is very knowledgeable he answers every question phone on time and his team is great and fast to respond any question or Emergency that you have to fix your equipment they go above and beyond for customer service i definitely recommend them to all my friends and people from Yuma as well with the IT,servers and to build very nice PCs! Great service with reasonable fees
I want to start with how pleased I am with the customer service. The owner Jesse is very friendly and highly informed. Every question and concerned I had was answered in a timely manner. The employees also exude the same professionalism and friendliness. Their prices are far better than the other competitors in the area as well as being able to do work that the competition doesn’t do. They were really helpful when I was trying to figure out the issue with my laptop, and explained how the process would go as well since this was my first time needing to get something fixed! They are kind and communicative when it comes to any concerns or possible questions!
