The owner was very helpful and fixed my daughter's computer in less then half of the time he stated to me.
Deceptive operation. Store sold used laptop displayed as new. 1 year new purchase warranty only had 5 months left on it. Someone registered laptop 7 mo. previous to my purchase I returned the laptop the next day and was refunded a lesser amount due to a $70 restocking fee. Store Manager had no decision-making empowerment or credit transaction knowledge and is also short- tempered. She had to call the owner for everything. Stay away. Update: Owners response a complete falsehood.
I brought my desktop to these folks. They quoted a price to repair. They repaired the issue for what they quoted, and in a timely manner. They even updated the system and added protections for no additional charge. The gentleman that I dealt with was pleasant and professional. I would happily use them again.
One star is only because I have to choose something. I bought a charging cord for $10, and it turned out I did not need it, four days from when I originally purchased it. I was told that I can not return the item because of their no returns POLICY! This policy is only stated on a receipt that I was NOT given AFTER you buy something. Drive the extra miles to the big box store, steer clear.
