They have the worst customer service. Be ready to fix stuff by yourself if something happens. I would not recommend them!!
This is absolutely the worst company ever! Their customer service is horrible. They did an update that shut down everyone’s system and then took 5 hours to call back to restore WinRX so we could fill our patients prescriptions. Ever since they were bought out by Outcomes they are the worst!!
Piss poor customer service. We have been working on an issue since August 19th and today is September 5th and still no help. They tell us that they will have someone call us back and no one ever calls. My wife is the owner and Pharmacist and I am just trying to help her get service. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE TERRIBLE!
It's sad that the customer service has taken such a nose dive in the last 5 years. The last 3 times I've had a major issue, I've had to call an IT guy to come fix it, because CRX is useless. You have to call and pray that you get a White person on the phone, because the 3rd world call center Indians are absolutely worthless.
Worst mistake of my pharmacy career was switching to this company. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. If you're thinking of switching to them, DO NOT. Go with anyone else.
