Rich refused to give my computer back to me. After getting him to agree to meet me, as he was never present at the store during normal business hours, he was very hostile and disrespectful. Yelling at me and reported that he further damaged my computer. Being a woman and getting yelled at by a man that promised me a service which he not only failed to deliver, but also presented himself and aggressive and unprofessional. I would caution anyone looking to do business here.

Rich was recommended by a friend. Glad we listened. Great and FAST Service at a reasonable rate. Rich takes the time to explain what he did and to guide you if new changes were added to your original machine. Rich has patience to explain any changes made & makes sure you are satisfied happy customer. He doesn't just take your money & shove you out the door. He is our Computer Wizard forever now. needed to replace screen on laptop (versus my long-term temporary fix of attaching an external monitor). I had the new screen already, but couldn't figure out how to get everything apart. He kindly replaced it for me this afternoon in an hour's time. Reasonable fee for experience!

This place is a great fast, friendly and cost effective service. I used two othe places over the past years to clean up my lap top. I was afraid the results would have been the same. This was last ditch effort to keep her running before I had to buy a new one. The service was great! My lap top never ran so well since new! Pricing was extremely fair and well worth the cost. I highly recommend because they did a great job on two of my laptops, had great prices, were extremely helpful in answering my questions, were very professional/nice down to earth people! When I left a message they called me back very quickly and were polite and caring!
